BLUE Planning & Development have a particular strength in bringing forward land for development and advise on all aspects of the process from initial identification and land acquisition, through the various planning processes onto development.  Such advice requires the application of both Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Town Planner skills, that together,  form the backbone of this specialist planning and development consultancy practice.

BLUE Planning & Development are located in Livingston, on the western outskirts of Edinburgh and cover the whole of Scotland.  With his international knowledge and experience, Simon Harrison (Managing Partner) is also experienced and able to act in England and Wales.
