Public consultation exercise in respect of potential planning application for residential development. Seeking feedback from local community, including education, health, transportation, community council and local employers, in relation to a potential planning application for residential development and local business facilities.  Preparation and submission of a Public Consultation Feedback Report.  Marketing, planning and development advice to client with a view to securing allocation in new Local Plan for business and housing uses, and then onward sale to builders.
