Obtain planning permission for holiday homes to let, on terms suitable to the market, in accordance with lender’s funding criteria, and in accordance with national and local planning policy in this very scenic rural area.

BLUE P & D Solution:

Advice to client on proposed Taymouth Holiday Centre; reviewing background papers and planning history, considering relevant planning case law and thereafter advising client on terms of existing planning permission and a proposed new planning application.  Thereafter considering proposed occupancy condition and meetings with Perth & Kinross Council to negotiate adjustment to accommodate marketing and funding requirements of applicant.  Planning permission granted 20th February 2008.
