We seek your early views on our client’s proposal to build large individual houses on the site as outlined in red on the attached plan.

This is presently only a proposal and you will be formally notified as a  neighbour, if appropriate, if and when a planning application is submitted to Scottish Borders Council.

Our client would however welcome comments from the local community on their proposal before a planning application is worked up and formally submitted.
